SOLVERA HEALTH CARBONDALE
Serving the Carbondale community since 1987, Dr. Fasnacht joined the Solvera Health team in late 2021.
The vision is to build a new Solvera Health clinic in Carbondale soon.
Until then, Bert and his team will continue to work out of his practice at 721 S. Lewis Lane in Carbondale – providing the same personal care that they’ve delivered for 35 years!
