At Solvera Health Carbondale, our team coordinates your healthcare needs. We specialize in Medicare and offer Primary Care services to adult patients with a special interest in Cardiology, Endocrinology and Palliative Care.

Dr. Fasnacht is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Palliative Care. He is the Medical Director for Palliative Care Services in Southern Illinois as well as Neurorestorative Center for Comprehensive Services. Dr. Fasnacht joined the Solvera Health team in late 2021.
